Came here dozens of times for hook and drop. Greeted by friendly guard everytime. But if it's live load then there's huge waiting time.

Everytime I gone for a will call , it takes a few hours to get paperwork. Don't understand why it takes so long . Something needs to be improved because it's a constant thing / time wasted

Well, no phone number to check on load status, no updates just drop your trailer go park outside somewhere. Yes it's a tire load and yes it takes a bit of time to load/unload but unfortunately you have to be at the mercy of staff or a crystal ball to get any kind of answers on time eta's so just know, you will bring a load in or you are picking one up.... You will be here a very long time, and have no idea how long that might be.
